We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating. One particular experience stood out—when we requested a banana for our baby, who is not yet eating solid food, it was provided without any hassle.
The breakfast area staff was wonderful, and a special mention goes to Anjali, who was incredibly helpful.
Overall, the hospitality and service were top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

This property and staff was amazing for the week I stayed there. The staff is very nice, everything I tried from the room service menu was very good. Breakfast in the morning is very good. When I am in the area, I will definitely be staying here again.

They should know that a customer comes to the hotel to take a stay not for maintaining 5S into the room

Good Rooms, but poor management.
Room itself was very Nice, comfortable. Food Quality was good, Breakfast was nice.
Being a Carlson group hotel I expected much better. They were not aware of my reservation, No Towels in room, No Toiletries, Stinking room. I ordered Thai Curry and they called and said not available, a lot of dishes were unavailable.

Dingy hotel in the middle of nowhere
We chose this hotel in order to visit Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary and that turned out to be 35km away. There were no nearby taxis and the hotel arranged a taxi but at high cost. Sultanpur was well worth the visit. But the hotel was very poor. On a busy road lined with car maintenance workshops and nothing in the area for tourists to do. Inside the hotel was dark and dingy, the rooftop pool was out of use, our room had opaque windows to hide the view of a high wall, and the food was not cheap and not nice. All in all an unpleasant stay.
