The old world charm with modern convenience was a thrill. To be surrounded by carts and buggies outside added to the charm.👍

7 Dec 2025pick up and return to meet train most appreciated. Room yery old western style ,had everything I needed incl. a kitchenette .rooms spaceous and clean. TV. worked well. Central location to town centre.Well priced compared with some popular motels. Iwill stay there again

10 Feb 2026Staff member was nice! There was a pickup from the railway station except this sadly wasn’t communicated so we didn’t know about it. I also found many dead bugs in the bedspread which was concerning. Aircon worked well and was on when we arrived. Comfortable beds and cool room design. Wood had a strong odor of cow.

Although there are plenty of lamps, It is quite dark in the room, and we had a lot of trouble with the door locks.

29 Jul 2026Quirky character Inn. Very quiet. Perfect location in centre of town to access all shops, restaurants. No designated undercover secure car park but street parking seemed safe in peaceful country town. Need to be able to step up from the few car spaces out back. Inside rooms there were little height differences/steps between bathroom, kitchen and bedroom which could affect travellers unsteady on their feet. Was a space to store bags. Large clean bathroom.
