New hotel in a redevelopment area. Depressing area with old businesses. Room had a faint smell of paint. Onsen was nice, bathroom was really small. Close to monorail station. I would not recommend this hotel for foreign tourists.

ホテル館内や部屋が新しく特に温泉が良く、綺麗に管理されていました。2階に電子レンジやコインランドリーなども充実していて長期宿泊も可能と思います。ただホテル専用駐車場が無いため隣接のコインパーキングの利用となりますが、近いところから早い段階で埋まるので注意が必要です（近隣には多くのコインパーキングがあります）。

全てが清潔で、温泉は女性目線の気配りが完璧でした。ドライヤーも4種類、シャンプートリートメントも何種類から選べる、コインランドリーもあるのに脱衣場に洗濯機があるのは助かる。朝食は新鮮で全部美味しかった、ご飯は釜炊きで美味しい、ケーキ類も美味しかった。あえて言うならと考えたけどこのお値段で宿泊出来るのはパーフェクトではないでしょうか？

高速道路沿いで外はうるさい環境ですが、少なくとも高速道路と反対側の部屋は驚くほど静かでした。
リーズナブルな価格なのに大浴場、サウナ、ジム、漫画コーナー、おしゃれな屋上もあり、とても満足度は高いです。
新しいホテルだけあって、全てが清潔でした。

温泉はシャワーがオシャレ✨アメニティも充実しており、シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディシャンプーも何種類か選べるようになってて感動！ドライヤーも、なんと4種類もあり女子にはとても嬉しい配慮です
とにかく凄くゲスト目線での配慮がなされていると思います。ランドリーコーナーもあり、なんとお風呂の脱衣場にも1台置いてありました！良質なマッサージチェアもあり、フィットネスルームに休憩室も完備されてました、自販機コーナーにも軽食もあり、氷冷機、ウォーターサーバー、電子レンジ等備え付けられてました。最高でした。

全体的にとてもキレイで、屋上のテラスデッキも開放されていて朝日や夕日も楽しめます。
朝食も品数は少ないですが味はどれも良かったです。
アウトレットへも徒歩圏内で便利でした。

お水をサービスで頂けた。館内着がとても着やすく過ごしやすかった。お風呂のシャワーヘッドがリファやミラブルでミストなども肌がツヤツヤになりうれしかった。脱衣所の洗面台の椅子に座ると鏡の位置が少し高く見づらかった。お風呂の照明が抑えめの明るさなのでゆったりくつろげた。
