Room was clean, sheets were clean. Ac was cold. No coffee pot in room but there are 3 places next door for morning coffee. Across from Braums. So we were happy. They are finishing up renovations, the staff was friendly and fixed my reservations, accommodating our needs.

We were in town for a horse show. Rented a double bed room. The room is really nice. Looks newly renovated. Very spacious. Has a two burner stove. Refrigerator. Microwave. Large tv. Large walk in closet. Nice spacious shower. And most of all the price was reasonable

This morning a lady just walked in our room 120 without knocking while my kids and cousin were sleeping and that was very unsafe and unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable.

No workable pool No breakfast No coffee pot in room. No kitchenette. Room was horrible. Grandchild walk across room barefoot, feet black. Tub clearly dirty. Dirt on comfort, bathroom counter and baseboards. Toilet lid stained and broken. Outside environment was unsafe. People drunk and appeared to be influenced by something other than alcohol. Was so upset by motel, environment that i did not stay the second night that was already paid!

I walked in and the door was destroyed, no secure lock on the door, beds were messy, the pool was drained and green.
Lastly, I went to use the restroom, and there was a suprise of human fieces in the toilet. It was super gross.
