Great location with free parking. Property was modern, clean, warm and had a well stocked kitchen. Washing machine and dryer is a big plus. There was a lack of places to hang clothes (we lived out of a suitcase so it don’t matter to us). A couple of light fittings were hanging off the ceiling (kitchen and bedroom) All minor issues, would highly recommend this property!

What a perfect property for our family of four in Reykjavik. It's close enough to walk to all the places tourists want to go to, but far enough away to feel like you're in a neighborhood. It's clean and spacious, the heated floor was a pleasant surprise! The shower was also very nice. If i had to choose something to nitpick, it's that the listing said parking was included, but that wasn't true for our unit on the second floor. Not a big deal, parking on the street was still easy to find and not expensive. Overall I would highly recommend staying here!

very spacious apartment. it's on the ground floor so anyone walking in the street can look in if you don't close the dark drapes. the apartment is well equipped with everything needed, but there were some stains on the walls, kitchen etc. not too bad, but felt if could look cleaner. the apartment is very close to the port, so not really in the city center, you would have to walk about 2 km to get to the center. I sent a message with questions to the owner through the hotels.com messaging center and received an answer only a few hours laters, although they claim to be very responsive.

L’appartement est spacieux, bien situé et pourrait être parfait mais plusieurs désagréments ont un peu gâché le séjour… store non fixé, linge dans le sèche linge, ménage qui laisse à désirer, matelas sales, ampoules manquantes donc appartement sombre. Dommage parce que l’emplacement est très bien et l’appartement en lui même aussi.

Das Appartement war schön und zentral gelegen. Es war überwiegend sauber. Leider konnte uns bei unserem Problem mit der Heizung nicht geholfen werden und der Gastgeber meldete sich auch nur sporadisch bei uns zurück. Es war einfach viel zu heiß, so dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Sonst war es schön.
