amd welcoming. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. It’s a very new hotel so still in soft launch and a few small issues around housekeeping. Modi’in has not had a hotel before so this is a very welcome addition especially for those Will family or business in the town.

27 Feb 2026The staff was fine and the room was clean. The room description said it came with a trundle bed, which it did not. Also, the closet and shelf space were not what we expected. We came in from the states in the winter and needed more room to hang our belongings.

8 Sept 2026The hotel is very good and new and well located if you want to be in Modiin. The staff are helpful and I found the breakfast to be more than adequate. On the downside it is far too expensive for what it is - a nice midrange hotel in Modiin rather than a luxury hotel in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. It also feels a bit cheaply built (e.g. signs falling off the walls) but as it's new that is not an issue at present. I noticed that some of the criticisms of the hotel in its earlier days have actually been addressed, for example proper cups at breakfast, a bottle of water in the room etc. This is a good sign as the management clearly want to make this a hotel worth staying in. I would stay here more if the price was a bit more reasonable as I really liked it.

5 Jul 2026At breakfast the coffee machine was broken! They wanted to charge us for a teabag and hot water!
We asked for our room to be cleaned with fresh towels, it was left untouched for the whole day until we came back in the evening. Eventually we got some clean towels and the bed was made.
The staff need to have much better customer service.
It’s the only hotel in Modiin so no competition!

21 Jul 2026This is a solid Israeli business hotel.
Clean. Good not great breakfast buffet (compared to the luxury hotels).
We had trouble getting a complete set of towels daily. Some days none would show up. Other days bath towels but no hand towels. Some days everything was fine. We had to ask for toilet paper.
That said, the beds and bedding are excellent. The air conditioning works well and was both silent and worked without I being drafty. No street noise. Sunny room.
The location is excellent. Near the train station, the Azrieli mall and the downtown.
Parking is a mess. There is a parking lot in the building that doesn’t belong to the hotel. It’s crazy expensive even with the hotel discount. One day, we had the receptionist validate our ticket but we still had to pay the full price. Even worse, the rate is not for 24 hours with unlimited exits and entries. Each entrance and exit starts the outrageous clock again. In the end I gave up on the garage and was able to find on street parking within a kilometer.
The prices are high for a hotel of this very-good-but-not-excellent caliber.
Yes, we would stay here again as there are no other hotels in town.

Still, it feels like a new hotel that has not quite found its stride:
* I got three different instructions from the receptionist on how to park (1. get the parking ticket validated once, 2. get parking ticket validated upon each entrance, 3. call attendant at parking garage) - none of which worked. I was charged for each entry and exit - and a promised call for "management" to rectify the extra cost doesn't seem to have materialized.
* The hotel lacks a fitness center.
* The breakfast is nice, but not quite at the level of variety as other business hotels in the country (sfr. Prima Link).

11 Dec 2025I never had breakfast so I can't comment on the quality. The hotel was excellent in all respects, with the exception of the young man who handled my check in. He was rude and short with answers. I had booked a room with two beds. He refused to even check my reservation. He said he would have staff bring a rollaway bed to the room. I didn't spend $250 per night to have that kind of bed. There was a fire alarm one night and we all went to the lobby in a panic. He never told us when all was clear. I just happened to hear someone else mention it, but he never looked up from his phone. I would have fired him on the spot if I had been management. I love the hotel, and the rest of the staff were excellent, but his attitude and unwillingness to assist was totally unacceptable. If I had not just spent 20 hours on a plane, I would have changed hotels.

El hotel es hermoso, divino, está ubicado perfectamente , tiene la estación de tren que te conecta con todo israel, el shopping al lado con todas las propuestas que se pueda imaginar , comidas , locales , etc
Las habitaciones y baños espectaculares tal como muestra la foto , el desayuno completo , con comidas calientes y frías y el café lo hacen en el bar a tu gusto con variedad de leches para todos los gustos
Ricas frutas y patisserie salmón ensalada huevos de todo imposible describir
El hotel tiene terraza con jardín abajo con un parque con plantas hermoso, todo 10 puntos
Es mi alojamiento para siempre en israel modiin , cerca de Jerusalén y tel Aviv justo en el medio
