Room was not up to standards. The lobby was beautiful setting the standards for the hotel. It was a huge disappointment when we saw our room. We were expecting something much better.
The showerhead and faucet were not attached to the wall. The outlets in the bathroom needs to be replaced. The enamel of the bathtub was very dinged up.

Quick Stay impression.
My stay was very nice and very comfortable. The hotel was clean, quiet, and equipped with all I needed during my stay. Staff I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. I did feel that the room, while easy to control the temperature had a very humid and sticky feeling.

The hotel was nice overall, but the bathroom was dirty. I paid fully on hotels.com, but the desk charged my card at check-in and I assumed it would go away after checking out, but it remained on card. After fully paying on hotels.com ahead of time, the front desk charged the full rate on my card again.
