This place is right at the intl terminal and super convenient if you want to freshen up and grab a few hours of sleep before heading into the city / flight. My room was windowless which was a bummer but otherwise clean. The bathroom was as good as better than most 4 star hotels around the world. Good set of accessories/toiletries. The staff checks the room when you checkout and even found a little razor comb I left in the bathroom. Kudos. My only complaint is I wish the my room had a window.

Exceed my expectations in every level. Service amazing by Pooja the beautiful lady on the day I arrived. She managed to add extra refrigerator on my room. The room is spacious with door that separates bedroom with bathroom and entry door. Room does include small sofa and big table to work. Refreshment was provided free by the hotel management on the 1st floor. Hotel is very clean and it is located conveniently at the outside of the exit arrival at terminal 2 international but before international departure check in. This is perfect since BLR does not allow early check in for international departures until within 3 hours flight time so you can bring your luggages when you have a long layover in Bengalore.

Incredibly bad experience at 080. I’m writing this at 03:30 in the morning while a false fire alarm blares. We’ve been told by reception to just wait until someone fixes it.
When we checked in at 20:00 last night, a large group was arriving at the same time. The security (bag X-ray and metal detector) was completely overwhelmed it. It took us 45 minutes to get in and get the key to our room.
For an expensive transit hotel that charges by the hour, this is completely unacceptable. We should have stayed at the Airport Taj—it’s not in the terminal building but it’s almost as close.
