Very good 8.0
A nice reasonably priced hotel near the hydro
The rooms are starting to look a bit tired especially the bottom of the bathroom doors. When making a coffee there was only 1 sachet of caffeinated coffee so we couldn't both have one. There is building work going on nearby which meant a relaxing lie in was not going to happen with all of the shouting and machinery noise. I tried to find out what time breakfast was on until but called 3 times with no answer. No-one asked on checkout how our stay was, he didnt seem to care.

Perfect for a city break.
Really good hotel. From check in with friendly staff to being able to leave our bags behind while we did some shopping after check out, this was an excellent experience. The location is ideal. It’s a very short walk from Central Station and on the bus route to and from the airport. The room was spacious and generously appointed, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was better than most I’ve experienced. The only criticism is that we were in an accessible room and the shower in the wet room pooled around the bottom of the toilet. A minor inconvenience. Despite being right in the city centre, the room was really quiet, which made for a really good nights sleep. The bar staff were knowledgeable and there was a good selection of spirits available. The hot breakfast was a la carte and cereals, fruit etc was buffet style. I had the full Scottish breakfast, which would have been improved with square sausage but was tasty all the same. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Indigo and will be back.

Good 6.0
Had a leaking window when we arrived , so we were met with a pool of water on the window sill and floor. Also had a room adjacent to door through to lifts , so didn’t sleep well at all
