25 Aug 2026Nice hotel, good size rooms, clean everywhere. Even I were 1 hour early for check-in they offered me a free drink because the room was not ready. Close distance to shopping mall and its possible to walk to the waterfront to see the light show in the skyline.

The hotel is close to the subway station, the room is large, and the staff is friendly. Everything was good, but in the non-smoking hotel, other guests smoked in the rooms and hallways, which was very inconvenient. The hotel fully sympathized and considered. So we stayed well for the rest of the year and came back. Thank you for all staffs !!

It’s was good stay in general, the service people are friendly, sometimes the robot is too busy delivering, they will deliver the orders themselves. However, when you left the hotel, no one came to help with the luggage, though many people working at the concierge desk downstairs.
