Horribel service af personalet. Receptionisten gad ikke rejse sig fra sin kontorplads ved indtjekningen og gav nærmest ingen nyttige oplysninger. Værelset var oplyst hele natten fra gadelampen lige uden for vinduet og lyset skinnede gennem gardinerne. Rengøringsdamen støvsugede og larmede forfærdeligt fra kl. 6.45 om morgenen. Måtte vente næsten 15 min før receptionisten indfandt sig ved afrejse. På ingen måder kæledyrsvenligt. Det eneste positive var den centrale placering, men jeg vil ikke anbefale at bo her. Der er mange andre bedre alternativer i byen.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und höflich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels merkt man, dass alles gepflegt ist – sogar der Flur riecht angenehm. Das Frühstück bietet eine große und gute Auswahl. Heute gab es Frühstück bis 11 Uhr, allerdings haben gegen 10 Uhr einige Sachen gefehlt. Das Personal war jedoch sehr aufmerksam und hat alles schnell wieder aufgefüllt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super – sehr zentral und in der Nähe von allem. Insgesamt habe ich mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würde definitiv wiederkommen.
