2/10 Terrible
"The bathroom was filled with a previous person’s hair. I asked to clean it and left the room for the cleaner’s convenience for one hour, but upon my return, the bathroom was still dirty. They suggested that we changed room so I had to pack up again my stuff. It was nearly impossible to leave the hotel because there was mud everywhere. The mud was piled up in front of the gate by their own staff. I had to get out of the car and call reception several times before some poor staffer came out and tried to remove the huge pile of dirt. We were the only guests at the time so the restaurant didn’t prepare the regular breakfast. "
