Rommet var ulåst da vi kom og det var ikke klargjort. Gammel muglet mat både i inngangsparti og på kjøkken. Ingen sengetøy. En seng var i bruk. Badekåpe på stuebord. Ustelt bad. Vi fikk ikke kontakt med hotell eller hotels.com. Vi måtte dra videre og finne annet hotell. Det eneste som fungerte er at betaling ble trukket fra min konto.
