I didn't stay wasn't able to, due to mobility issues and the parking lot being roped off. They were claiming parking lot construction although there was no construction underway. So it was almost impossible to access the front office. Without literally jumping through under or over hurdles. And the property looked completely disheveled and dirty. The sign had been spray painted over once saying Sea missed have been sprayed out with black spray paint and the new name of the building nowhere in sight The address number placard for the building is so far off the road you can barely see it had to stop and ask other business owners where it was located. No central air in the main office where check-in is they had two box fans sitting on the floor. Did not look very welcoming at all. If you didn't know better when approaching you would think the place was closed.

It was not good from the start. The address was not clear and once we found the office and got to the room it had nothing. No TV, no phone no toiletries, mini fridge didn’t work no trash bags in the one small trash can. No way to get ahold of the office. They had no vending machines, their ice machine did not work. We went to the office to complain and they said they would bring another tv which was the next day. The office was not friendly at all. Not helpful. They were really rude. I would never recommend this motel to anyone because the site was very misleading. They had a no refund policy so I had to stay there.

Drove 3 1/2 hrs for me and my family to have a last minute ocean front hotel room. I get to check in and they told me they were having plumbing issues and they also had signs posted they were working on their parking lot. So that was already an issue trying to find them and also couldn’t park anywhere even at the locations they stated you could park at. They told me I would have to be refunded because they didn’t have any other rooms available. Like I told them they could have called people to tell them about plumbing issues before we have to drive however far it is to get there. I called hotels.com to get my refund and they said they had to call the property which they called twice and no answer. I told hotels.com I’m right at the building if they wanted to speak to someone but they said no! Now I have to wait 48 hrs before they can reach out to me about any updates

After driving 4 plus hours and not have a clear understanding of the physical address and no name on the hotel this is one the worst scams I have ever been unfortunate enough to be caught up in it's such a disservice for any company of any kind large or small to be a party to the condition that I have witnessed the Blood stained sheets,no television in the room until 10.45 pm, no mini fridge,nor ice machine or vending machine of any type I like very much to have my funds returned but I understand if it's not returned I have pictures of this situation and I will be following up with an attorney at this point it's not a about a refund but more about stopping this unfair treatment of consumers in full disclosure I did read the reviews but not until I had arrived and encountered the runaround about the address the booking identification which I was not given I only had the itinerary confirmation number which the hotel would not except, which leads to only one logical conclusion by this company and others by your continued support by means of sending families to a place that does not exist and by your asking for feedback to questions that you already know the answer's to would lead most sensible minded people to one conclusion that you just don't CARE.That is exactly why this matter should I my opinion be on the desk of South Carolina attorney general's this needs a different set of eyes looking at it.
