The old casseria has been lovingly developed into the most amazing hotel. Everything is of the very highest quality in terms of decor, facilities and staff. Our arrival coincided with an electric storm that locked the gates shut. It proved impossible for the staff to open them, so we had the unusual entrance of climbing the wall. The owner was very apologetic and immediately offered an upgrade of room. No doubt our original room would have been good, but the upgrade was excellent. We could not...

Wonderful hotel in central Noto. Very helpful, hardworking and friendly staff. Simple, clean rooms with lovely bathrooms. Good, plentiful, basic breakfast with hot egg dishes to order. Very small but pleasant roof terrace area. Loads of excellent restaurants on the doorstep. Only missing a little more outside space, a garden or a small pool. Free parking five minutes walk away. Good location for other cultural south-east Sicily sights. Twenty minutes drive to beach.
