Hotel was very clean. Across the street was an Aldi which I visited daily for water and snacks. This location is by the airport and the last stop on the tram before the airport so it is a distance away from Berlin city center. Would stay again.

I was here for 2 nights. The area is very depressing, with gates everywhere and no where to walk. The feeling of being caged in and no coffee shop or restaurants around. Public transit is close but the area is depressing.

The facility is modern and clean. Rooms are small but efficient but Unfortunately not so well equipped (esp. missing of a water boiler) Staff was as friendly as Berlin guys were known for. Way to trainstation to airport or city is a 5 minute walk away. Parking on public street is also possible. Nearby is also a supermarket. For one night the room was fine.

Das Personal wirkte bei Ankunft unmotiviert und gestresst. Die Zimmer sind schon klein, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. Im Thema Sauberkeit kann noch nachgebessert werden. Im Zimmer waren u.a. Spinnenweben und Haare von einem anderen Gast. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Für kurze Aufenthalte ist es aber definitiv in Ordnung und Preis-Leistung stimmt.
