The location was a 5 minute walk from Marienplatz and a 10 minute walk from Octoberfest. surrounding area had a lot of homeless, people loitering in the street and gambling parlors. They didn’t bother the tourist so it wasn’t a problem for us.

A wonderful hotel in a very convenient part of the city, close to everything. Streets nearby are well-lit and safe to walk. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. PS. I had a small problem, independent of my hotel stay, and the help that I received from the hotel's team was most appreciated.
