No geral o hostel é bom, com ambientes limpos e organizados. O atendimento dos funcionários e excelente e eles estão sempre dispostos a suprir as demandas. O café da manhã é muito bom, com diversas opções para se alimentar. Possui ambientes como sala de estar e sala de estudos/reuniões. Um ponto negativo é que a parede do quarto (pelo menos do inferior) é fina e dava para escutar o barulho do portão abrindo quando chegava uma pessoa.
