Host took an hour to arrive to give access to the room. Apartment was filthy. Electricity kept going out so the host would ask the guest to top up. Nothing worked in the apartment and eventually given a refund in darkness. The host is rude, unprofessional lacks respect and part of the decline of Mombasa as a tourist hotspot. Expedia should ban such hosts
