10 Apr 2026The pool was great, nice and refreshing. The room was nice and smelled fresh. However the hallway from the elevator to the room reeked the weed the entire stay. Otherwise we had no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

9 Mar 2026We selected this property for proximity to the Guardians’ training facility and Goodyear Ballpark and were not disappointed! Very clean property with perfect amenities. Communication with host was clear and efficient. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly resolved within hours. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was exactly as pictured
Cons: water wasn’t draining from tub while showering and while looking for a toaster the previous occupants left a tray of food in the cabinet over the microwave

5 Mar 2026Clean and spacious but not worth the hassle of this check in process, in my opinion. I’ve stayed in many apartment type places and never had to jump through hoops to check in. They required a soft credit check and an identity clearance through Clear. It was time consuming and then when it finally went through, none of the links to check in instructions worked so I had to call customer service several times.
