The room matched the hotel photos – no unpleasant surprises. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. A pleasant surprise – a small gift for our dogs.
The breakfast selection is not extensive, but everything needed for a good start to the day is provided. The coffee is good, although the coffee machine works a bit slowly, so you have to wait a little while for your drink.
Overall – a good impression and a pleasant stay.

Stayed Sunday to Wednesday good clean basic accommodation. Staff very helpful especially Robert who would write clear travel instructions for any place we wanted to visit. supermarket next door and about 4 minute walk to U6 transport link. Quiet area but with U6 transport link every 4/5 minutes we found getting around Vienna easy with only a 3day travel pass which runs from time of purchase 24 hours not finish at midnight for our time here. If visited again we would stay here again.

Budget stay for just one night
It was basically just a shower and a bed for us after a long travel and I would’ve not wanted to stay longer. The room was outdated and not clean with huge diagusting looking stains all over the carpet. It was also very hot and bad air in the room. Key card system was down during our stay and the receptionist had to run around the hotel to let people in their rooms. :’) Inconvienient.

Property is junk with horrible rooms and beds but free street parking across the street and a store right next to it. Cheap but you get what you paid for :)

The hotel needs some renovation: shower was dripping, shower mount was loose, toilet paper mount was loose, window curtain ripped off, some ripped of metal pieces from a wall (function unclear) were lying around, seat cushion dirty, door stoppers broken, lights not working, house service late and poor, luggage storage not behind locked doors,
