17 Sept 2026Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining.
Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc .
What I didn't like was being asked every day if I wanted a massage by the guy that manages that department. After a few days should have taken the hint. This hotel is right on the beach so is relaxing but at the same time not close to any cash points (approx 1 mile) and you aren't allowed any food to be delivered so don't know what to do when kitchen is closed. All in all one of the better hotels I've stayed apart from the issues I've already raised in this review.
