The check-in process was easy. The property is very clean and the location is very ideal for exploring old town square. There are convenience stores nearby and restaurants. The staff is very helpful when I requested for the electric fan, it was delivered right away. I would have preferred to stay at air conditioned room.

Good location, staff good, clean sadly it was supposed to have been a non smoking room, unfortunately it was extremely smelly for people who had been ignorant and smoked. I had to leave the window open and go out for about four hours, informed the receptionist so I wouldn’t get any fine. I’d use the hotel again if they enforced the no smoking policy.

The room overall was very good and befs were comfortable. The room was nodern and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean on arrival. However, the toilet seat was loose, and the house whilst flushing and whilst having showers was strange and loud, u believe it was some kind of water pump. I stayed for 4 nights, and we didn't our towels changed at all, yet we heard cleaning ladies every morning, being very loud and laughing. Also, there has been a smell of cigarettes on our floor. The instructions were very clear how to check in and out, and distance to the centre was apprix 4- 5 minute walk, with plenty of grocery shops and coffee shops nearby.

Amazing location steps from the historic town square. But have to ding the rating because the "sofabed" was tiny, far too small for two people. One of us ended up sleeping on the floor. The bathroom was perfectly clean was the rest of the room, but wow that bathroom sink was tiny.

I received the confirmation email from Expedia which shows a twin room but the room I was given was a rabbit hutch, no drawers or wardrobe to store any clothes. We were there for seven days and never saw a room service once apart from when I asked for clean towels. I wish I could post photos of the two rooms to show the difference, like chalk and cheese. So check very carefully what you are getting in this place, its more like a hostel.

De locatie in hartje Wroclaw is ideaal. Voor het parkeren kun je net zo goed parkeren bij het muziekcentrum: de prijs is hetzelfde en die hoef je niet te reserveren. Kamer is schoon, fijne bedden en prima douche. Kamer heeft geen airco, wat in de zomer een warme kamer oplevert.

Es uno de esos sitios donde no te debes quedar . La habitación es pequeñísima, sin un armario minimo, no está muy limpia, sábanas llenas de pelos el día de entrada , me he dejado unos cascos y me dicen que no están. En fin, un aparthotel que no es nada recomendable.
