I did not go to the spa or pool. I went because I went to see the Jonas Brothers and found this hotel. Beautiful hotel and brand new. It has an eclectic style. Very modern and just gorgeous. Loved my room.

Wow! The hotel is beautiful. Great amenities, walking distance to cruise port but the best part is the service. Ffom the Bell service to front desk to restaurant staff. Everyone was so helpful. Well done! Will return

The spa was excellent and the food is to die for in all the restaurants. The front desk staff needs better training as they caused a very embarrassing situation for us. They are not very sure about procedure. Waiters need better service except for Maria in Reef 72....she is absolutely excellent and deserve the highest praise! I wanted to offer her a job in Canada! Hussain made us feel extremely welcome as he is the hotel set it upper!

We stayed at the Omni for 2 nights before our Cruise out of Port Everglades. It was VERY convenient for the port and comfortable. The location can be challenging for ride share to find, but with more time, the location will be easier to navigate to and from.
We ordered our meals (great uber eats selection!) delivery as well as ate at the sports bar spot downstairs. For the two of us without drinks it felt pretty expensive and was loud ~100 bucks for an appetizer and 2 mains.
The morning we left we tried the coffee shop downstairs. It is good. The food and drinks were good. The service was excellent along with a very kind manager who stopped to ask what we thought.
Everything is new and some of that newness is the staff figuring out the way things work best. The check in felt a little unoptimized and some procedures like checking out, valet, and advice on where to go felt a little bit wobbly.
We would absolutely stay here again and recommended my dad who comes in town occasionally to also stay here.
