2/10 Poor

The hotel is not ready for guests. It is in the middle of renovations and all is full of dust at the moment. The exterior of the building is not what it looks in the photo. The street where it is located it's awful. I had to request cancellation the first night. The staff were helpful on cooperating with refund and frustration.
