Very clean, brand new hotel with excellent service. Everything in the room worked well and it was peaceful and silent, with a nice view to the street and to the backyard garden. Super nice personnel, definitely recommend!

Best boutique hotel in Rome!
Friendly reception and beautiful rooms. We wish we had found this hotel earlier in our trip to Rome. Everything was thoughtfully placed around the room. Highly recommend- especially the comfy bed and pillows! Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely surprise!
I booked last minute after my train was canceled, and it completely turned my day around. Everything was fresh and spotless, the staff was so friendly, and breakfast was a real treat (especially the waffles with berries!)
The bed was super comfortable, the towels were soft, and the peaceful garden with its centenary olive tree felt like a little oasis. Truly a charming and relaxing stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Jeanine was amazing and so helpful. The king-sized bed was comfortable. We had an espresso machine in the room. Everything was clean. The front desk was very helpful. It was all shiny and new and we loved how the hallways would light up when we approached our room!
The lattes/cappuccinos for breakfast were to die for. The breakfast staff were very attentive. Overall, the breakfast had a great selection to satisfy most people.
There is only two things that could be improved.
I don't wash my hair every day and the shower has only two options. A wonderful rain showerhead or a hand-held shower wand. I can't use the rain showerhead because it will get my hair wet, and the handheld one hits me square in the chest. I am only 5'4" so I had to bend over to wash my face and neck.
The eggs for breakfast were not cooked correctly. First day, I asked for over-medium, the yolks were cooked. Second day, my husband asked for sunny side up and the yolks were cooked. Lol!
