15 Aug 2026Beautiful view of the lake. It is very steep hill to get down to the lake. Nice fire pit with plenty of firewood for a bon fire. Very cozy and relaxing stay

19 Jul 2026The wild fires in Canada had made the air around this property Hazardous (per airnow.gov). Attempted to cancel due to the hazardous conditions, emailing proof of the hazardous air in the area. Evolve, the company who manages this property, said that because the house wasn't actively on fire and that there was no indication that the air inside the house was hazardous they would not refund. When asked if there was any special filters or air purifiers that would keep the hazardous air out of the house they stated they didn't know. When asked if they didn't know, how would someone booking the property know. They said that someone had that information and did not provide a way to access it.
