Incredible stay here. Gorgeous room in the corner with amazing views, super comfortable large room with button control on the curtains which was nice. Staff is super helpful and kind. Thank you to Ten, AJ and Ex for their lovely hospitality. Made the stay all the more enjoyable. Definitely coming back next time in Bangkok.

It was perfect. The room is new, f&b was delicious, but most of all the staff were wonderful. They were very welcoming and friendly. Checkin and checkout by k Mook was very smooth, and 2 beautiful ladies K Look Tan and K LaLin (sorry i did not catch her name fully) were wonderful as they kept my daughter company anytime we passed by. 100% will return just to see the FO team again.

This was genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The property was super top notch and very clean. the staff were some of the most polite and friendly people I’ve met in Bangkok. It was my birthday and they left me a surprise in my room. They accommodated us with getting transportation around Bangkok, storing our luggage when needed & there were so many great amenities at this hotel and I see myself going back to grand nikko again whenever I’m back in Bangkok. 100/10 amazing !

The hotel opened about 3 months ago - unfortunately it still has a strong smell of new materials, wood, and paint. It made me feel sick throughout my entire three-night stay, with persistent headaches, a racing heartbeat, and eye irritation that kept me awake every night, even with two air purifiers and air conditioning. I couldn’t wait to check out. The breakfast experience was equally unpleasant. The front desk staff reminded me three times that breakfast wasn’t included, even approaching my table while I was eating to ask how I intended to pay. Overall, an awful experience. I would not stay here again.

氷をお願いしたら、1時間以上待っても来なかったです。湿度が高いので、部屋で冷えたものをと思っていたのに残念でした。 日本人スタッフの方はとても丁寧で良かった。駅から少し離れた場所にあり、駅にエレベーターがあっても不便なとこにあるため、大きい荷物があると大変です。

ホスピタリティにあふれるスタッフ、美味しい朝食、快適なミーティングルーム、どれも非常に良かったです。朝食はヌードルバーにあったパッタイが特に美味しかったです。１Fのベーカリーのクッキーも高級ですがさすがの美味しさでお土産に喜ばれました。 短期間の出張で自由時間が全く無かったのですが、こちらのホテルのおかげで、日系のホテルの安心感とバンコクに来た気分、両方が味わえました。
