9 Oct 2025I stayed at this rental for the weekend to watch Ohio State football game. The place was in a great neighborhood close to the college and lots of entertainment. The rental was asleep up to 12 people, but it only has one full bath so keep that in mind. I will definitely stay there again.

10 Jun 2026This was a great place to stay while our son completed his orientation at OSU. The college was just a few minutes away by car. Way better than a hotel! This would be a great property for a few families visiting their kids at college for a football game or family weekend. Only one full bath so you'd have to schedule showers, but that doesn't bother us. We hope it's available to us in the future. I appreciated the decor and the PLANTS!!!! Bonus was walking down the street to the market, taking in all the beautiful and historic architecture on Neil. All the neighborhood gardens were a feast for the eyes. I was pleasantly surprised by this amazing area in Columbus.

27 Jun 2026The property is super clean and is very close to OSU about 10 minute ride. The parking is street parking and they give you permit and we were able to find enough parking on either side of road. The area seems safe and we walked little bit and felt safe. The host is amazing and send us text with check in info ie door code and Wi-Fi code well before our check in. As I was driving I did not responded then they called me. After checking in we could not locate coffee maker and called them and they send a new coffee maker next day. That was very nice. The place has several beds and they were all clean. The place is very comfortable and AC was working good. As our kid is going to the Ohio state university we will definitely stay here again. They even called me after check out which seems pretty nice. The host is very nice host and you can call them or text them and they respond immediately.

6 Aug 2026The communication was phenomenal! Host reached out to us prior to check-in to ensure we had received access and parking information to the property, then again after check-in time, to confirm everything was to our liking and we had no needs. Great customer service! The location neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful & walkable. Finally, the home was just lovely. Very clean, comfortable & bright. The live plants were also a lovely addition (they are very happy). Home has lots of stairs, so just be prepared, in case that is an issue. Highly recommend!

1 Apr 2026It was a lot brighter that the pictures appeared. Great place. I was alone but it was a great space. The dining room table would be a great place to play games. The neighborhood felt very safe.
