26 Jul 2026My favourite thing was the beautiful roof top swimming pool and bar with friendly staff and good knowledge of Hanoi. The views up there fabulous especially sunset. The breakfast buffet was in the restaurant just down the stairs from pool on level below. The staff everywhere in this hotel were the best! Eager to help, polite and friendly. The hotel manager Duke went out of his way to make sure you enjoyed your time. The room was nice and featured spa jets in the bathtub shower. Good location for Train Street and Old Quarter sightseeing. I enjoyed my few days in Hanoi and will be back !

5 May 2026This is a relatively new hotel but it’s more 4 star than 5 star. I stayed here at the end of my three week trip to Vietnam for 1 extra night in Hanoi before my long haul flight home. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was for the roof top pool and sun loungers. This area of the hotel is lovely and after being granted a late check out to 2pm (I was so appreciative of this) I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing here before using my room to freshen up and explore Hanoi again. The breakfast was very poor but the evening meal was very good. My bedroom and bathroom were small and the decor wasn’t 5 star but it was clean and fresh. The staff in this hotel are lovely and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. While the hotel doesn’t exude pure luxury I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a very good 4 star offering.
