I would highly recommend CHARM retreat. Very accessible to any transport from tram to taxis. Beach is just across the road. Staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much Yola. You’re amazing. Very reasonable price. Just next to La Isleta a reasonable price restaurant for breakfast and tapas. I would definitely book this place again if going back to Alicante.

Hyvä sijainti ja toimiva majoitus, mutta siivouspalvelussa paljon parannettavaa Majoituimme hotellissa neljä yötä, ja saapuminen sujui erittäin helposti. Saimme etukäteen viestin ja ovikoodin, joten hotellille oli helppo saapua myös keskiyöllä. Hotelli oli helppo löytää ja sisään pääseminen onnistui ongelmitta. Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, suihkutila vaikutti uudelta ja sänky oli mukava. Huoneessa oli myös kaappi ja muutenkin kaikki tarvittava lyhyempään majoitukseen. Suurin miinus oli kuitenkin siivouspalvelu. Neljän yön aikana huonetta ei siivottu kertaakaan eikä pyyhkeitä vaihdettu. Kävin itse vastaanotossa pyytämässä pyyhkeen vaihtoa, ja silloin minulta kysyttiin, tarvitsemmeko huoneen siivousta. Sanoin siinä tilanteessa, että emme tarvitse. Tämän jälkeen huonetta ei kuitenkaan enää siivottu koko majoituksen aikana. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä ja ranta on lähellä, mikä on ehdottomasti plussaa. Kaiken kaikkiaan voin suositella hotellia lyhyempään, muutaman yön majoitukseen. Jos tarkoitus on kuitenkin yöpyä viikon tai jopa pari viikkoa, en suosittelisi tätä hotellia ilman parempaa ja säännöllisempää siivouspalvelua.
