Outstanding service from high quality staff. Lovely spacious room. Excellent breakfast. The courtyard where you can have breakfast and some afternoon tea is a very peaceful heaven! Very highly recommended.

Often boutique hotels have more style than substance, but this does not apply to the Ilum Experience. The helpfulness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfort of the rooms all made this a very good (Ilum) experience

Safe clean hotel in a great area to stay as a tourist . Staff were exceptional, the manager even made our daughter a colouring book to accompany a long journey. All staff spoke good English and were helpful with local area information and arranged currency exchange at good rates. The hotel was very child friendly. This was an excellent boutique hotel, with wonderful helpful staff. The rooms were lovely with plenty of room. The showers could have been updated and modernised apart from that the rooms were great. We used the spa area and it small but nice, however the jacquizzi could have been cleaned as it was dirty and there were bits floating. Apart from that I would 100% stay here again

A really excellent hotel in one of the best districts in our opinion. My only slightly negative comment would be that the rooms, particularly bathrooms, could do with a little refresh given they are now 8 years old but this is more than made up for by the excellent staff and the best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel. We would definitely book again. Great sleep. Comfortable beds. Powerful showers. Good amenities. Just needs a lick of paint here and there a bit of maintenance in the bathroom.

We don't usually write reviews but felt we had to after spending two great weeks at Casa Sur Bellini. The hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of location, size of room, cleanliness and facilities. Overall though, what made this hotel special was the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the staff. We used the hotel as a base in BA, as we visited other parts of the country. The hotel was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We were also able to leave luggage at the hotel, which made travelling so much easier. It is well located in Palermo, a 10 minute walk from the underground and 15-20 mins from some fabulous parks. It is also about 20 meters away from one of the best steak restaurents in BA (Don Julio)

A stylish modern hotel . due to my overnight flight from europe i arrived in buenos aries early morning. Arrived at the hotel well before the check in time. I was happy to wait but i was immediately put at ease and advised the room was already for me. My room was large and very stylish and modern.
