The outside balcony was absolutely filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. On top of that, when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told the hotel had nothing extra to provide. Apparently, they don’t keep any extra pillows available at all, which is pretty ridiculous for a hotel. I also asked for the room to be properly turned over for our second night. Instead, all they did was leave a few extra bottles of water and some fresh towels. They didn’t actually clean the room, make the beds, or do any of the normal housekeeping you would expect. Overall, the cleanliness, housekeeping, and lack of basic amenities were very disappointing. Definitely not the level of service I would expect from a hotel.
