What a fantastic find in University Park. Will definitely be on the top of my list for places to stay. Since it’s in town parking at the public parking lots might get tricky, but you can’t find a better situated hotel for a fun weekend.

A great boutique hotel experience right across the street from campus. Knowing to park at Fraser Street garage would have been helpful to know ahead of time, so we are passing that on. It was a fantastic place to stay and the Allen Street Grille was delicious with professional and kind staff.

Beautiful decor, the best bedding I’ve seen, only a handful of rooms on 3rd floor (no elevator though), and terrific location right in the heart of State College. Good breakfast at the Corner Room just below . Highly recommend both.

The room was absolutely beautiful! Not like most hotels, where they are very "plain Jane". The toilet was pretty cool ..nice warm seat and a lot of features I didn't try, 😅. Staff was very kind and courteous. Carried our bags to our room. Explained how everything worked as far as the codes for the doors. Located downtown was pretty cool. Just an all around beautiful place to Stacey that didn't cost a fortune. Thank you for making or stay amazing!

The room quality is excellent. Very clean and tasteful bathroom and furniture totally make up for the room size. The location is walking distance to several nice food joints. We had an issue with our reservation but the hotel staff was exceptional in fixing the issue and making sure we were accommodated. Bren in particular went out of his way to clearly communicate their mistake and fix it. Customer service was phenomenal. Other businesses could learn from him and Hotel State College on the importance of owning the mistake, communicating openly with the customer, and mitigating the issue for all parties. Many thanks to them! Plus the hotel is beautiful!

Arrived early, even earlier than an “early” check in time would be, and multiple staff members went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure a smooth process. GM (Brendan?) was excellent and attentive. The Room was clean, bed was super comfortableI and considering there’s like 3 pubs/restaurants attached to the building it was quiet and relaxing. It’s an older building that’s been renovated and has a boutique feel to it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again… which I am for Move in weekend in August.
