Excellent hotel experience from beginning to end. Arrived on early flight , and they found us a room 3 hours before normal check in. Every member of staff at the Sheraton was helpful and attentive. Facilities wis excellent. Very well equipped gym and a great sports bar. Easy walk to metro. 10/10

The room was spacious and always kept clean. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated the acknowledgement of our anniversary and the switch over from Delta to Sheraton was done seamlessly and with good humour. Great location for access to the beach, marina and/or public transportation.

The room was nice and clean but the bathroom did look a but run down and the shower takes a while to warm up.
On our stay the hotel was starting renovations in the lobby, the noise from this was disruptive. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Hotel location is ideal of jbr beach.

I had the deluxe room with partial sea view and it was large, clean, and modern. My only complaint is that the tub is too high. You can't beat the location of the hotel. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and so is the marina. The staff is amazing, from the security personnel, the front desk, restaurant employees, to the porters. They were all eager to help.

Service at the hotel is great. Location to the beach and the marina is prefect. Only negative - the elevator situation is a NIGHTMARE. I was there for 2 weeks. The second week, only 2 elevators were running. The wait time was up to 5 minutes at times due to overcrowding. I hope this is being taken into consideration during the upcoming renovation.
