UN LUGAR INCREIBLE FUI EN TEMPORADA BAJA, EL LUGAR REALMENTE ESTABA MUY TRANQUILO, RELAJANTE. ESPACIOSAS AREAS VERDES Y EL ACCESO A LA LAGINA ES GENIAL, OR LA TEMPORAD POCOS MOSQUITOS LO CUAL SE AGRADECE. LA COMIDA MUY RICA Y LOS PALTOS BASTOS, EL PRECIO ADECUADO PARA EL LUGAR. EXISTE LA OPCION DE FRIGOBAR EN LA HABITACION PARA LLEBAR BEBIDAS. LA HABITACION QUE ME ASIGNARON, NO FUE MUCHO DE MI AGRADO YA QUE HABIA CABAÑAS DISPONIBLES Y FUE EN SEGUNDO PISO, LAS ALMOHADAS NO SON COMODAS. LOS KAYAK POR LA MAÑANA FUERON TODA UNA EXPERIENCIA. LA CERVEZA SI LA TIENEN SUPER FRIA LO CUAL SE AGRADECE. LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL FUE BUENA Y EL SAZON DEL COCINERO EXCELENTE. SIN DUDA REGRESARE EN TEMPORADA BAJA. Hotel muy mal administrado, pagué habitación y incluían desayuno el cual nunca tuve por qué su chef no estaba, no tienen ningún alimento y no les queda nada cerca lo cual hace imposible l estadía. Entran personas por daypass pero dejan todas las mesas con los refrescos y bolsas tiradas en la mesa y el personal que es una sola persona no lo limpia. Nadie realizó la limpieza de la habitación. Pedí mi reembolso y no lo realizaron. Me apena por qué el lugar bien administrado con servicio podría ser una buena opción pero así no es ni siquiera posible para hospedarse. Si quisiera ver que se puede solucionar de todo

La categoría que reservé no existe en el inventario de la propiedad, según lo que me dijeron por teléfono. Cuando llegamos, solo estaba el guardia y nunca han tenido una villa familiar. No sé si fue culpa del hotel o de la plataforma, pero no pude quedarme. Tuve que buscar otro hotel y, según ellos, ya no trabajan con Expedia, así que no entiendo por qué siguen en la plataforma. Reporté la situación por chat virtual y todavía no tengo respuesta.
