Started out by when i arrived I had to call the hotel to let them know we were there because the front desk was closed. Apart from that the bathroom of our room was falling apart and towels were stained. I also got charged apart from paying Expedia for the room, I got charged extra for the room at the hotel. When I asked he stated Expedia wasn’t supposed to charge me and they will refund me. Turns out they don’t .. be careful at paying time .

It was business trip the service front desk is terrible. Make sure you check they do charged twice . very unprofessional front desk buy.
