We booked this location as it's a short walk from Napoli Centrale for our early departure to the airport. Lift was helpful to reach 3rd floor with luggage. Never met the owner but cleaning lady (no English) was there to explain keys, kitchen, etc. and pay her the city tax...not leave it upon departure.
