I stayed at Hotel Tier Center from 31/05/2026 to 02/06/2026 and was disappointed with the overall experience, particularly regarding guest safety, security, and customer service. The room key and lock system felt outdated and insecure. It often took a long time to lock and unlock the door, which was frustrating and did not make me feel confident about the room's security. In addition, it appeared that only one staff member was responsible for running the hotel, and he was not always available when assistance was needed. On the morning of 01/06/2026, at approximately 6:00 AM, a man stood outside my window shouting loudly for more than an hour. I was asleep at the time and was startled and concerned by the disturbance. I immediately contacted the hotel via WhatsApp to report the issue and ask for assistance. Despite this being a matter affecting a guest's safety and comfort, I did not receive a response until much later. By the time the hotel replied, the disturbance had already continued for a significant period. I expected a much faster response from hotel staff in a situation like this. The room was basic, but the lack of prompt action when a guest reported feeling unsafe was unacceptable. A hotel should ensure that guests can rest peacefully and that concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. Based on my experience during my stay from 31/05/2026 to 02/06/2026, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Habitación pequeña pero limpia, avise llegaba por la madrugada, me gestionaron todo sin problema y muy amables. Nunca vi a nadie en el hotel pero con un simple WhatsApp podías solucionar cualquier duda. Hotel súper cerca del centro, todo lo puedes hacer a pie. Si llevas coche no sé qué tan cerca se puede aparcar y que no cobren. En la calle de enfrente hay un centro comercial con súper.

Poor hotel. No staff ever present, check-in involved using flaky wifi to call (no answer) then messages via wattsapp to go to room. Never saw a staff member in whole stay, apart from a grumpy cleaner. Communication hard! Door locks flimsy and hard to close. Woken early (5am) by loud call to prayer nearby that is very loud in the rooms. Messages asking to leave bag 3 hours ignored, not possible unless you want to leave at unattended desk near open front door, as suggested by cleaner! Would not repeat.
