Yatika Boutique Resort
"First of all let’s start with the resort grounds, absolutely stunning. We started taking photos the second we pulled in and didn’t stop until we were pulling out. The mountain at the end of the property was breathtaking. It always seemed to take a different face. We could not get over the beautiful cloud formations at its peak. You could take beautiful photos pretty much anywhere on the property. The property was clean and clearly well taken care of. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful. They even packed us a boxed breakfast for our flight because we were leaving early AM. You could feel the love and pride everyone felt working there. Smiles all around. Would 100% stay here again. Our stay was perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay with you!"
Suanboon Cottage
"Aaah.. maybe my best guest solo traveller experience ever, the host clearly has a matchless sense of welcome. Always caring, but discreetly, she was always here but like a fairy you don’t see. The lodges are incredible! Actually, the whole property is! Excellent breakfast that changes everyday, ok for vegans as well, Suanmoon Cottage is a must do experience. Thank you. You made my Chiang Dao trip smooth and fantastic."

- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so having some flexibility with your travel dates could help you find a better deal on your stay in a Chiang Dao hotel. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we can suggest alternative dates that might be more affordable, potentially aiding you in discovering a more attractive option.
- Consider your location: Opting to stay nearer to major attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often comes with higher expenses. For more budget-friendly options, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and accessibility to your intended destinations. You could also look into independent hotels situated further afield, which are usually likely to be more affordable and may offer a more genuine experience.
