15 Aug 2026The view was nice. The staff was excellent. The best breakfast pastries were delicious, especially their homemade pitayha jelly/jam. Great location as well.

13 Mar 2026The view was beautiful and the staff were lovely. The hallways look a little rough. When I asked for a hairdryer, they told me to come get it. When I got down there the said they’d bring one up in 5 min. They then brought me a broken one. I had to go back downstairs again and they said they’d try to track down another one. They brought me back the broken one and said just to leave it turned on and plug it in like that it’ll work fine. When I’m paying good money for a beautiful hotel room with a beautiful view, I would expect that they would be able to provide me a hairdryer. Just a minor thing.

19 Oct 2026A few hiccups upon arrival, but the staff eagerly worked to resolve any issues. I have visited Campeche a few times and have been curious about this hotel - I'm glad I tried it for this trip. The beds are a bit firm for me & the AC doesn't seem to cool below 24 Celsius, but the staff is wonderful, the location is terrific, & looking out at the Gulf of Mexico in the morning is a great way to start the day!
