8/10 Very good

The room was nice. The breakfast was just ok, not much variety. The staff was not that helpful. Often no service at the bar, and some staff looked like they hated their job.

Lovely clean near new room. Great value and close to mist things in Duisburg. Only complaint was rudeness of one staff member while checking in. Quickly rectified by other staff however. Free parking from 2pm Saturday to 9am Monday across the road in parking lot.

4/10 Fair

The environment and the facility is generally clean and lovely. I liked their lighting system. But their wi-fi never worked, I could not watch the TV. Some of the staff are ill-mannered. They have a very poor check-in policy. I couldn't check in on the day I had booked and git in the next day. Instead of giving me my room or another one, they told me I had lost everything and they could do nothing about it. I had to pay extra to get a different room that was less than what I paid for. And they charged me different rates on different days for a room I had paid upfront. That was very poor service!
