The environment and the facility is generally clean and lovely. I liked their lighting system. But their wi-fi never worked, I could not watch the TV. Some of the staff are ill-mannered. They have a very poor check-in policy. I couldn't check in on the day I had booked and git in the next day. Instead of giving me my room or another one, they told me I had lost everything and they could do nothing about it. I had to pay extra to get a different room that was less than what I paid for. And they charged me different rates on different days for a room I had paid upfront. That was very poor service!

Check-in was quick and smooth. The staff were friendly and spoke English very well. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and met our expectations. The parking garage has a maximum height of 2 meters. Since we were traveling with a roof box, we couldn’t use it, but there was plenty of street parking right outside the hotel. It was also cheaper than the garage, which costs €15 per day. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located within a German low-emission zone, so your vehicle must have a valid Umweltplakette (German environmental sticker). We were very happy with our stay and had a great overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
