Enjoyed the stay would have rated better due to construction. The coffee machine in the rooms didn’t work properly but was nice to get it accommodated at the restaurant. This property was undergoing renovations and were told by corporate not to alert potential customers of this inconvenience. The staff put me in a newly renovated room to their delight, however the room looked like a grad schooler did the remodel. 6:30 am the mariachi band started playing, which was lovely. My room was so poorly remodeled that I informed the front desk and showed them pictures of everything wrong. Housekeeping even took my used coffee pods and placed them back upside down, hoping I wouldn’t catch it. Even with alerting the front desk and showing them pictures, not one manager reached out. I would skip this place and find another hotel if it were me!
