property contacted us on day of arrival saying that room was not available due to “building regulations” and tried to check us in at another location.. upon refusal, they magically offered again the original building, but not the room that we paid for, as they were clearly highly overbooked.. we eventually accepted what was offered, and spent 4 nights in a cheaply furnished apartment where bathrooms got flooded at every shower we took.. this is basically a large scale scam operation, where rooms are advertised under different locations as “presidential suite”, with lounge access booked by a local which then sublets to travel agencies,
