Experiência perfeita, ficamos com o quarto com banheiro externo e adoramos a experiência . Os donos são muito hospitaleiros. A comida é maravilhosa. Todos os lugares são muito bem pensados para uma experiência de paz e tranquilidade. Os serviços oferecidos pelo Spa tb valem muito a pena!

Antes de tudo, faço questão de destacar que o atendimento foi muito bom. Também gostamos bastante da comida do restaurante, que estava deliciosa, sem contar o cuidado com o café da manhã, que foi muito bem servido e igualmente saboroso. Apesar desses pontos positivos, alguns aspectos comprometeram a experiência. Em relação à surpresa solicitada para o receptivo, composta por flores e espumante, causou desconforto o fato de terem sido colocados no quarto outros itens decorativos sem informação clara de que estavam à venda. Por isso, fomos surpreendidos posteriormente com a cobrança ou solicitação de devolução, o que gerou uma impressão negativa sobre a forma como a situação foi conduzida. Além disso, quanto à limpeza e conservação do ambiente, o quarto apresentava muitas rãs, inclusive com sapos no banheiro, o que comprometeu bastante a estadia. No que se refere às acomodações, apesar de ter internet, ela não funciona dentro do quarto. Também sentimos faltou de uma TV. Outro ponto bastante desagradável foi o fato de o banheiro ser fora do quarto, o que tornou a experiência desconfortável e pouco prática. Faço esse registro com respeito e sinceridade, justamente porque reconheço os pontos positivos do hotel, mas entendo que esses aspectos precisam ser observados para que a experiência do hóspede seja mais cuidadosa e agradável. Informação prévia nunca é demais.
