Very nice, friendly and helpful staff, but thats the Only thing good with this hotel. The hotel faccilties are under below mid. The room we had was alright. The gym and the spa are very small. There is a nightclub in the under Ground of the hotel that plays Music until 03.00 p.m!!! And no one informed us about that during the check in. The clientell are 90% Indian/pakistani. The food at the hotel is Indian based. The area where the hotel is located looks like mini Delhi. If you want to have a very mid experience while You Are in Dubai, you choose this hotel, but i recommend to stay away.

It is Indian natinalities dominance hotel an itd looks like a former 5* hotel run down one the 3* level over the period of time. The roof bar is still nice with view over downtown Dubai. It's very expensive to have drinks there tho.

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon, expecting a 5-star experience to explore the city, but the managers and owners must admit that this hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel. Perhaps it offered 5-star service in its early years when everything was new, but it's now very outdated and has lost many of its qualities, especially in terms of hygiene in the rooms. The staff are helpful and positive people. The location isn't great, but it's not bad either. Would we stay again? We won't . Would I recommend it? I think it's expensive, even for Dubai, in terms of price-performance ratio. The thought that we could have stayed in a more upscale location by paying 10-15% more than we paid here was the thing we thought about most during our vacation.

Nice hotel the rooms are very spacious with big soaker bath. The rooms had smart tv to stream from phone which is nice. Room service very good quality. The bed is very large like super king but it is comfy but could be better seems to have many layers of toppers that made it a bit lumpy. Apart from that a great comfy stay, friendly helpful staff all around the hotel.
