For such a remote location the staff and amenities were excellent I was very happy with my stay.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, cheap room in the resort area next to the national park. Plenty of places to eat at the hotel with a lively bar and live music. Great place to stay for Uluru.

Was clean and basic, asked if we were able to upgrade our room or go into the hotel and simply told No with no explanation

It was all right for the price I paid. Dorms could have a bit more privacy if they added curtains to the beds.

4/10 Fair

Very expensive for very basic accommodation though public amenities ( designed for back packers are reasonably good). Wouldn't recommend to anyone over 30.

The hygiene and service were fine, but charging Intercontinental prices for a room with communal toilets and showers is a joke. They also offered a 20-bed bunk room, but even that price was a laugh. There’s nothing quite like paying a premium for the luxury of walking in the freezing cold on a path by the trees and bushes at 2 AM just to use the bathroom. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a toilet and bathroom sharing accomodation!

2/10 Poor

Where to begin. Arrived and told the receptionist that I had a disability and could she give me a convenient room. Gave me one that was the furthest, almost, from the carpark or bistro etc. Next found a dirty towel hanging on the back of shower door. No milk in fridge. Was told they don't supply milk. Said why do you have coffee, tea and sugar but no milk...dumb. No soap in shower dispenser. Had to hold up toilet seat. Then at 2.04am the smoke alarm goes off. Rang reception said they know about it and security on their way and fire brigade advised. Couldn't stay in room as too loud so waited outside in 6 degree conditions, minimal clothing on. Nobody turned up and then without any real reason alarm stopped at 2.24am. Took some time to resume sleep expecting alarm to go off again. When all these issues raised upon checking out all they said was an unconvincing sorry. Not good enough. If you pay over 300 for accommodation you do have better expectations. Perhaps an offer of refund should have been on the agenda.

El lodge está bien , caro para lo que es y los baños son compartidos , pero fue lo único que conseguí , debido a la temporada , pero para un día está bien

8/10 Very good

Wish the rooms were cleaner and updated, otherwise very convenient to Uluru, have viewing areas , Aboriginal Art gallery, walking trails near by, overpriced activities and transportation

This is bare bones but clean. No toilets in the rooms so it’s basically camping but with a roof. Gets the job done

4/10 Fair

My daughter and I found that the amenities were nothing like what we expected. I was very disappointed in the restroom/bathroom arrangements. And it was clear in the booking for the hotel/lodge either that we would not have a restroom in or even near our room. This was very uncomfortable. And the staff was not that helpful either.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Our room was a private room with an en-suite. Unfortunately, the A/C unit did not work and the floors were quite dirty upon our arrival and there was a urine smell which indicated the floors had not been mopped or bleached in a while. For the price it was not super comfortable and a disappointing experience.
