Everything was super clean from the lobby to the rooms. I loved the attention to details. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They make you feel like a family member from the first sight. The hotel is situated in the heart of Taksim . Very conveniently situated. Close to most attractions, shops and restaurants. If given the opportunity to come back to Istanbul, this is the place I’m staying in . The front desk gentleman ( which I forgot his name, and he could be the owner ) was nothing short of AMAZING . Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It's a very beautiful hotel, I loved it. The service is excellent, the staff are very good, friendly, and warm. I am very pleased. The service is perfect, the chefs, supervisors, and managers are wonderful people. The cleanliness is excellent, the order and quality are top-notch, first-class. The rooms are very nice, well-maintained, and clean. The cleanliness is impeccable, I was amazed. The open buffet breakfast was very varied. The view from the room was fantastic, and the location is very close to Taksim Square and all the shopping centers. I definitely recommend it.

Il n’y avait plus d’électricité. Nous avons demandé une solution, mais le personnel était froid et incompétent. Nous sommes restés sans chauffage et sans toilettes.
Nous avons ramassé nos vêtements dans le noir à l’aide des lampes de nos téléphones jusqu’à ce que les batteries s’éteignent.
