6 May 2026En el estacionamiento tienen cupo limitado, así que si llegas y no hay lugar te toca estacionarte en la calle. El aire acondicionado del cuarto no funcionaba y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación pero hasta el día siguiente. Al día siguiente habíamos reportado el tema de la falla del aire y hasta en la noche decidieron cambiarnos de habitación ya que no había forma de repararlo. la nueva habitación olía a cañería porque todo el olor sale por el lavamanos, lo cual fue muy incómodo. Los colchones de las camas demasiado suaves, creo que tiene ya mucho tiempo, no se pudo dormir bien. Hotel muy básico la verdad, pero hay detalles que son muy importantes como la comodidad, estando en Jalpan a casi 40 grados C, el aire es básico. No volvería

4 May 2026La atención en general es muy buena, algunos se desviven por dar una buena atención. El estacionamiento de el hotel se satura, y hay un montón de basura ocupando varios lugares, y huele mal. El desayuno buffet está muy apenitas, me pareció caro, y no hay postres. El restaurante cierra a las 4 pm, tienen un bar que no se cuando se use, pues siempre está cerrado. En nuestro baño había una fuga en el baño que requeríamos estar reportando para que fueran a secar, el control remoto de la TV nunca funcionó, nos lo cambiaron y tampoco funcionaba, nos intentaron cambiar de habitación y la nueva no prendía el A/C, no hay ganchos en los closets.

Solo en el baño debería haber un soporte para poderte meter a la tina, ya que es un escalón muy grande y resbaloso.
En el desayuno nos querían cobrar un platillo que no pedimos, pero al final se solucionó muy bien.
No pudimos usar la alberca por tiempo pero se veía limpia.
Si me volvería a quedar.
