8/10 Very good

Hotel was overall good but building & rooms were little ’tired’ from age. Happy hour was disappointing as food selection was limited & lacked flavor. Bathroom amenities, pump bottles were over used & hard to dispense shampoo & body gel.

6/10 Good

The staff are great and the happy hour treats and coffee machine rocks. However the room is quite old, and the toilet flush was weak and clogged daily.

Beautiful bathroom and bedroom. The only drawback was there was massive construction outside the bedroom window and the curtains are alway drawn.

Highly recommended for Business trips

Amazing experience. First time using the limousine service and was great indeed. Hotel is not able to book for us the Rong restaurant as they do not provide reservation. However, we still manage to get our lunch there to experience the fantastic food!
